It gets frustrating when you get suck on a scene or get writer's block; even when your editor has made suggestions. It still happens. You want everything to be perfect.
Sometimes I have to take a step back to regather my thoughts, clear my mind so I can focus. One would think that an edited book with meaningful suggestions would be easy, however it is a guideline and in the end it is your book. It is feedback to put your book in the right direction. I looked at all the edit as a way to make the book shine, to bring it to its full potential. To be honest, I was a little nervous because this project is so important to me and I wanted it to be perfect. Ultimately, I realized the story has come together more now then it did in the beginning.
